Men's Ministry

For those men of All Saints parish who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with various church related projects...and their hearts cleaned through prayer and fellowship:
We usually have a meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month; details will be posted on this site. Please come and bring a friend.

2012 Father-Daughter Dance (Men's Ministry)

These seem to get better and better each year. Gary Loe (music) really kept things hopping which had the girls and dads dancing late into the night. That was a sight to see but if you ever want to feel your heart drop, you should have seen them dance to the song "Butterfly Kisses". Girls of all ages would just bury their heads into daddy's chest...and about half of them found themselves standing on top of their dad's toes swaying to the beat. If just doesn't get any better. If you missed this year (althought it seemed like about everyone was there)...don't miss it next year.

2011 Father-Daughter Dance

Wow that was fun. How do I describe it...packed house...beautiful young ladies in dresses comparable to Easter Sunday...dad's looking their best. Everyone...I mean everyone...was dancing nearly the entire night. It got a little wild at times. I laughed so hard watching everyone dance to YMCA...I about fell over. What a wonderful sight. We in the Men's Ministry couldn't be prouder. Mark Clubb and company put in a lot of work but it was so worth it....really doing God's work. Gary Loe's music kept everything hopping.

2010 Breakfast with Old St. Nic'

The breakfast was a big success. Tony Manion, Mark Clubb and the rest of the Men's Ministry put in a lot of work and pulled off a wonderful event. We apologize for those who were shorted on sausages or had to wait on their pancakes...we don't do this often and didn't realize what a great turnout we would have. Gary Loe Productions kept things upbeat with great background music...and the kids...you have to love the kids with their looks of wonderment and anticipation for Christmas coming. We're glad we could add to the excitement.

Imagine organizing this crew... What would you like for Christmas?

Breakfast with Santa (Men's Ministry)

It just wouldn’t be Christmas without the All Saints Breakfast with Santa. It was great to have Charlie Kite back running things after a one year hiatus. Special thanks to Gary Loe Productions for providing wonderful music background and Kim for taking all those pictures. You might not have noticed but between Kim and Charlie, they printed all those photos and gave them away that very day at mass. That’s pretty impressive. Once again the Men’s Ministry is very proud to bring a little extra Christ into your family’s Christmas experience.

2011 Easter Egg Hunt by Men's Ministry

God was sure looking out for us on this beautiful Easter afternoon. Kids, kids and more kids enjoyed the hunt...and I don't think anyone was left out this year. I don't know about you but have you noticed what a wonderful melting pot we're developing at All Saints. A special thanks to Mike Martin who took over chair this year from Larry Pichiarella who ran this for so many years. We in the Men's Ministry hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and we hope we were able to add to your celebration. God Bless!

Best friends GO!!!

2010 Easter Egg Hunt

What a Blast!!!!
We are so sorry to any kids that didn't make it out of the 11:45 mass on time. We should have accounted for Fr. Michael's famous homilies. The Men's Ministry owes you one. Aside from that, it seems like everyone had a great time. Thank you for your patience. It can be difficult trying to organize several hundred anxious kids. We look forward to seeing half of you at the Father Daughter Dance on April 10th.

We've attached a few photos below.

Look Out!! Boy this is fun!!

March 18th Lenten Dinner by Men's Ministry

Fish and Mac 'n Cheese at its finest. Special thanks to Charlie Kite (event chair) for all his efforts organizing this group of misfits. You all probably didn't know we could not only cook...but read too. Last count was nearly 200 served. We hope you all enjoyed.

Dr. Ruth Queen Smith

What a gift she has. Although we received the abridged version (due to unforseen circumstances), Dr. Smith walked us through Paul's journey and demonstrated how we can use his experiences as we journey through Lent. Special thanks to Mike Vermeulen and the Men's Ministry for setting up this wonderful event.

2010 Father-Daughter Dance sponsored by Men's Ministry of All Saints

What a wonderful time. You know, as men, we often hide our emotions for the sake of being masculine or macho. Well, throw in Daddy's little girl....a beautiful dress...and lots of fun dancing, and you could just see macho facade melt away. Mark Clubb and the Men's Ministry really did a fantastic job setting this up. It was a sight to see. The Hokey Pokey, Chicken Dance and Macarena were a riot....but once Miley Cyrus... "Party in the USA" sounded out...the Family Life Center was rocking. I'm sure the Good Lord looked down and smiled.

A thousand words! What a date!
