From parish newsletters to the All Saints Web site, the Communications Committee is the place for anyone with a gift for writing, photography, design, art, scrapbooking, interest in the history of All Saints or a general interest in mass communication!

Parish Newsletter

All Saints publishes a monthly newsletter, Branching Out – News and Notes from All Saints Catholic Church.  Have you ever had the urge to be a writer?  Or a photographer?  Report on the latest happenings at the church or in the diocese.  Photograph Vacation Bible School or the Adult Social.  Be published!  Story contributions are always welcome.

Parish Web site

All Saints’ Web site is updated regularly with information about Mass times, religious education schedules and photographs from recent activities.

Pictorial Directories

Every few years, as our parish grows, a new pictorial directory is needed.  Many volunteers are required to put together a book that includes more than 6,000 people: graphic designers for our activity pages, volunteers to help organize families when they arrive for portraits, volunteers to sign up families for photo times, proofreaders to check for errors in the book.

Photos & Archives

We need photographers who can volunteer at our parish events and provide archived CDs of the photos they take.

Message Board

A small committee of volunteers updates the parish message board, located outside the church and to the right of the wooden doors, each week.  The message board contains the weekly event calendar for the parish.

Hotel Cards

All Saints provides cards to hotels in the area with Mass times, pastor and associate pastor information, office hours and church contact information.  When these cards are reprinted or updated, we need volunteers to distribute them to area hotels.
