You've made it! Take a moment to reflect on what you've done during this Lenten Challenge and how much Jesus has done for you. We hope this has been a time of growth through these challenges. We are so grateful to have you as part of our parish family!
Challenge Today: Today we reflect upon what Jesus truly endured for each one of us during his crucifixion. May we come to a fuller understanding of his love for us this Good Friday. Come join us at Good Friday Service or watch it via livestream. It is really one of the most beautiful liturgies of the year. Tune in here: https://www.allsaintsknoxville.org/live-stream

Tired? Stressed? Anxious? Jesus wants all of you and your burdens. Come to him in prayer and allow him to transform your daily life. Take a moment to breathe and pray.
It's officially Holy Week! Take a few minutes to walk with Christ in the Stations of the Cross. You can come do them in any church or check out these videos here: https://bustedhalo.com/video/virtual-stations-of-the-cross
Spread Kindness: Give a friend, family member or favorite business a shout-out on social media or via text. Even better, tell someone in person how much you appreciate them and love them.
Today's Challenge: Fast from ALL social media for 24 hours. That means Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter or whatever your favorites are. Take the time you normally scroll to engage in real conversation with God or your loved ones in real life, by phone or video chat! This may be challenging, but you can do this and the results will be beautiful!
Today's challenge is simple and hard. Pray for your peers (whether you are a student, young adult, or adult). Pray for the ones you love, and also pray for those who are harder to love. Pray for the ones who challenge you and also those that lift you up. Need inspiration? https://lifeteen.com/blog/praying-friends-doesnt-awkward/
Tidy up!! Today take an opportunity to clean up for someone else without being asked. Need ideas? Take all of the trash for your lunch bunch, wash a sink full of dirty dishes, or go for a walk with gloves and a bag and pick up some litter. Take a few minutes to pray during your tasks.
Today's Challenge: thank those who serve in tireless and often invisible ways: the cafeteria workers, custodial staff, cleaning crew, trash collectors, grocery workers, etc. Take a moment to express your gratitude verbally or go a step further and write a note of heartfelt thanks.
Today's challenge is to reach out to someone who may be homeless whether it be someone physically homeless, someone without friends, someone who is in foster care, someone who doesn't have family support or more. Pray intentionally for the people listed above or reach out in one of the ways below. We have a few spots open to serve dinner at KARM Mission this Wed. 3/24 after school. Open to 7th grade and up. Register by noon on Tuesday at: https://www.allsaintsknoxville.org/ym-event-registrations
Take a few minutes and pray a decade of the Rosary (or the whole thing). You can dig out some rosary beads or download the Laudate app which will walk you through the process. If you don't know how to do this, check out this video to help. https://youtu.be/scIoKuO9axE
Today's challenge may be hard for many of us. Drink no beverages except for water today. If you are worried about caffeine headaches, try and opt for one morning caffeine fix and cut back from your normal levels. The key is sacrifice as Jesus did for us. Every time you feel a craving for an alternate beverage, take a moment to pray.
Grab a sheet of paper or journal and spend 5 minutes or more writing down your prayers. Reflect on your thanksgivings and think of specific prayer requests that you can give to God. It can be an artful sheet or random scribbles. Want more inspiration? https://lifeteen.com/blog/start-prayer-journal/
Today's almsgiving is two-fold. Go to freerice.com and play a few simple word games to serve your mind. Every correct answer you submit will result in a donation of 5 grains of rice to the World Food Programme. You can help feed a mouth in need and also feed your brain.
Today's challenge is simple. Allow someone to cut in line, or go in front of you. Take a moment to say an extra prayer while you are waiting an extra minute. "So the last shall be first, and the first shall be last." -Matthew 20:16
Today's challenge is to pray for a teacher, mentor or leader in your life. You may also choose to pray for a leader who challenges you or you don't like. Pray for their health, safety, wisdom and that God may guide their actions and words. Looking for insight on how to pray for others? Today's challenge is both simple and very complex. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Read that again. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Speak nice words to yourself. Write yourself a love letter. Thank your imperfect body for keeping you alive in a perfect way another day. Appreciate your personality. Embrace your imperfections. Kindness matters...especially to yourself.
