Upcoming Events- Sept. 20, 2023: S.A.S.S.Y. (Service After School for Students & Adults)*: We’ll head downtown to serve dinner at the Knox Area Rescue Ministries Mission (KARM). KARM provides housing, meals and other services to Knoxville residents who are financially disadvantaged or homeless. *Please note that each of these scheduled dates are early dismissal days for Knox County Schools.
- Oct. 15, 2023: Pumpkin Patch Set-Up Day (4 pm) - All ages are welcome to volunteer, but all volunteers should be physically able to help lift, carry and unload pumpkins from a semi truck on to the designated areas.
- Oct. 16-31, 2023: Pumpkin Patch Sale (Various Shifts available) - You will be helping collect money and selling pumpkins. You may be using an Ipad/Tablet for sales (training available). Children/teens should have a parent/adult attend with them.
- Oct. 20-22, 2023: Life on the Streets Retreat (Grade 6-12 and adults) - This weekend retreat will simulate what is like to be homeless. Activities include sleeping outside, off-site community service, prayer, Mass, and more. ALL PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN UP FOR A VOLUNTEER SHIFT FOR THE WEEKEND (to insure that all volunteer needs are met).
- Oct. 29, 2023: Trunk or Treat Volunteer (volunteer info coming soon)
